Hazelnut and caramel - a layer of salted caramel, whole roasted hazelnut and hazelnut gianduja within a caramel shell.
S'more - a layer of marshmallow, milk chocolate ganache and a biscuit bottom within a milk chocolate shell.
Mint - Mint fondant with a layer of milk chocolate ganache withing a milk chocolate shell.
All chocolates are made using Felchlin couverture and all ingredients are to the highest of quality.
