Due to popular demand here is one of our favourite bonbons made into a 'Bonbon bar'.
This bar has a thin caramel chocolate shell, with a layer of caramel inside, scattered roasted hazelnuts, a layer of hazelnut praline and finished with caramel chocolate. Hand painted with coloured cocoa butter.
Those who love hazelnuts, will want more than one, which is lucky, as they come as a pack of 2!
All chocolates are made using Valrhona couverture and all ingredients are to the highest of quality.
The pack makes a lovely gift for someone or just a special treat for yourself!
